1. The date and time (in UTC) that work is to be performed 2. All relevant individual Points of Contact (POC) that will be available during the requested service window: a. Contact name b. Mobile phone number c. Email address d. WhatsApp or Signal contact information 3. A SOW (Scope of Work) of the requested work to be performed by GNC. The SOW should include precise instructions accompanied by diagrams where applicable 4. The specific devices that need to be serviced (cabinet number, RU/shelf number, port numbers, device name, etc. as applicable) 5. If the work to be performed involves powering up/down individual equipment, a Method of Procedure (MOP) specifying the sequence of operations is also required 6. If the project requires specific equipment, parts, or tools to be provided by GTA, these must be specified at least XX days prior to the start of the project. 7. If the project requires interacting with Customer equipment, Customer is responsible for supplying all necessary parts, equipment, and operating instructions required for the requested task.
